This is the first tea drink I’m sharing on my blog. I’ve made iced tea for myself and my family before, but I’ve never shared a recipe on the blog until today. I have something special for you to try – Iced Raspberry Leaf Tea. It has a refreshing raspberry flavor that sets it apart from classic teas.

The taste of this Iced Raspberry Leaf Tea is sweet with a hint of zestiness, and I really enjoy it. It’s different from my regular iced tea. If you love raspberry flavors, you should definitely give this Iced Raspberry Leaf Tea a try.

I used dried raspberry leaves as the base ingredient, and added sweetness with honey, although it’s optional. If you prefer your tea unsweetened, you can skip it of course. I also included lemon juice to add a tangy zest, which is also optional. This makes the recipe versatile and very customizable.

Cover the pot with a lid to keep the heat in and allow the raspberry leaves to steep for about 15-20 minutes. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can extend the steeping time.

Step 4:

After the steeping time has elapsed, use a fine mesh strainer to pour the tea into a pitcher, capturing the leaves and ensuring only the liquid passes through. Discard the used leaves.

Step 5:

If you like your tea on the sweeter side, now is the time to add your chosen sweetener. While the tea is still warm, stir in 2 tablespoons of honey.

Step 6:

Let the tea sit at room temperature until it has cooled down. This might take about 30 minutes. Once cooled, you can add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice if you desire a hint of citrus flavor.

Step 7:

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the cooled tea over the ice, allowing it to chill further. Enjoy.
