This is a super delicious and crunchy Chicken Bites that pairs so delicious with any kind of condiment, An easy, fast, and crispy side dish or snack you can make any time of the day.

I got the idea to make these Chicken Bites purely by chance. I was originally chopping chicken tenders into long, skinny shapes ideal for frying. As I trimmed the sides to achieve the perfect shape, I ended up with lots of tiny chicken pieces left over. Initially, I considered throwing them away, but then my husband suggested, “Why not season these pieces and fry them in the air fryer?”

I seasoned these small chicken pieces with a simple mix of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then cooked them in the air fryer. The result was incredibly delicious, a batch of little chicken bites that were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s perfect for a snack or a side dish.

And if you love more crispness with your chicken bites, you add Bread crumbs with the seasoning.
