This is a regular Spring Roll but with a fun twist on the traditional filling, instead, We fill these rolls with Spicy noodles and some other classic ingredients, These Spring Roll Spicy Noodles are made by stuffing spring roll wrappers with a a mixture of cooked noodles, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, chopped cabbage, and green onions. The filling is seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder, creating a spicy and tasty blend and then the rolls are fried to get that crispy, golden exterior that everybody loves.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups cooked noodles (any type you prefer)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 egg (just to seal the rolls)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to Make Spring Roll Spicy Noodles?

Step 1:

Step 2:

Put a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a little bit of the noodle mixture in the center of the wrapper, leaving space around the edges.

Step 3:

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling. Roll it up from the bottom to the top. Use a bit of beaten egg to seal the edges so they stay closed while cooking.

Step 4:

Heat enough vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium and Carefully put the spring rolls in the hot oil. Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are crispy.

Take the rolls out of the oil, put them on a plate with paper towels, and Enjoy.

First, let your rolls cool down, and then put them in a sealed container. Keep the container in the fridge and eat the rolls within a maximum of 2 days. To make them crispy again, reheat them in a pan on the stove instead of using the microwave.
