I love to make wings with different styles each time, So far my favorite one is the Baked BBQ wings, This time I made Hennessy Wings, glazed tasty wings for under 45 minutes.

How to Make Hennessy Wings?

Step 1:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking.

Step 3:

While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, combine Hennessy Cognac, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Step 4:

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently until the sugar has completely dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and let the glaze simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5:

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter until it melts and is fully incorporated into the glaze.

Step 6:

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the prepared Hennessy glaze over the wings and toss them until they are thoroughly coated.

Step 7:

  • If we have time, let the wings sit in the seasoning overnight in the fridge for extra flavor.

  • If the glaze is too thick, add a tiny bit of water. If it’s too thin, cook it a little longer.
  • If we put the wings under the broiler, watch them carefully so they don’t burn. Just a couple of minutes is enough.

Store any leftover wings in a container with a lid and keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the wings on a baking sheet and warm them in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
