Pour the batter into the pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Now, Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick. Fold in chopped strawberries.

Beat soft butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Split into two bowls, color one red and leave the other white.

Step 8:

Place one cake layer on a plate. Spread strawberry cream on top. Add the second layer. Cover with the rest of the strawberry cream. Decorate with red and white frosting as you like, I love to circle the cake with some beautiful shapes like little pockets, the overall look was so beautiful, Also you can decorate it like the one served at Edgar’s with that beautiful frosting flower at the edge of the cake.
