This is a copycat recipe for Captain D’s Coleslaw. I like the food served at Captain D’s, and this is not my first copycat recipe inspired by them. I already made their Tartar sauce, and that recipe turned out so delicious as well.

For the veggies used, you can, of course, change some to fit your needs. But usually, the vegetables I use are the classic ones used to make this Captain D’s Coleslaw. Since this is a homemade recipe, you can omit some ingredients and add others.
