I love to enjoy this Salmon Guacamole as a sandwich with garlic bread, guacamole, and salmon on top—the taste is truly impressive. Sometimes, I enjoy it as a salad or the classic way, dipping each slice of salmon into the creamy guacamole. Any way you choose, it will be a great pleasure.

Ingredients for Salmon Guacamole

To make this Salmon Guacamole, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Ripe avocados
  • Red onion
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Jalapeño (optional if you want some spiciness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes

How to Make Salmon Guacamole?

Step 1:

First, Sprinkle both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Place a non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat. Allow it to heat up for a couple of minutes.

Step 3:

Add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. The salmon should be fully cooked. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet.

Step 4:

While the salmon is cooking, take your ripe avocados and cut them in half lengthwise.

Step 5:

Carefully remove the pits using a spoon or the edge of a knife.

Step 6:

Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl using a spoon.

Step 7:

Use a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency. You can make it as chunky or as smooth as you like.

Step 8:

Finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro. If you like a bit of heat, chop the jalapeño as well. If you’re using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.

Now, Cut a lime in half and squeeze the juice over the avocado mixture.
