As for the Coleslaw, it’s an optional choice. You may love it, or you may not. Anyway, I’ve included the simple recipe for it below. In my opinion, Coleslaw is one of the main ingredients that make these Hot Honey Chicken Sliders so tasty and juicy.

Hot Honey Chicken Sliders are normal chicken sliders but made with a different process, first, is this meal is so spicy due to the hot honey sauce, and the chicken as well, mixed and cooked with honey, don’t forget the Coslow as well, then put all this, juicy chicken with honey, the hoy honey sauce and Coslow in one slider and enjoy.

Cook the chicken in a pan until it’s all white and cooked. Then, chop it up into tiny pieces and put it in a big bowl.

Pour some honey on the chicken in the bowl. Mix it gently so all the chicken gets a sweet coating.

Now, In a little pot, mix some honey and hot sauce together. Stir it until it’s all warm and mixed up.

In a big bowl, mix the cabbage and carrots with some yummy dressing until they’re all covered.

Cut the buns in half. Put some coleslaw on the bottom half of each bun. Then, add some of the chicken with honey on top. Drizzle a little of the special sauce on top of the chicken. Put the other half of the bun on top to finish the slider. You can add any additional ingredients you want, such as tomatoes, pickles, and more.

Step 6:

For a light version for my kids, I omit the hot sauce with honey and only use honey instead, my kid loves it a lot, even sometimes he loves it with kitchep instead of honey, so there is a lot of variations you can enjoy.

  • When adding honey to the chicken, drizzle it lightly at first, then taste and add more if needed. You can always add more honey.

  • Make sure to mix the shredded cabbage and carrots with the coleslaw dressing until everything is evenly coated for the best taste.

If there’s any food left over, you can put it in a closed container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. When you want to eat it again, just heat the sliders in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until they’re warm.
