So I’m always sure that every copycat I make inspired by Zippy’s will always turn so awesome and give me a great experience to enjoy.
I made this Zippy’s Chili Recipe with ground beef, But you have the choice to make it with sausages, or alone and served with some steamed rice as they served at Zippy’s.

This a bowl of chili that you can get at Zippy’s. It’s made with beans, tomatoes, and special spices that make it taste really good. People love Zippy’s Chili because it’s warm, delicious, and full of flavor. You can put cheese, sour cream, or green onions on top to make it even tastier, or even made your favorite meat to it as I did in my recipe I added ground beef. The Zippy’s served this chili in many styles like Barrel Chili, Chili & Cheese Fries, and other styles.
Ingrédients
- 1 lb de bœuf haché
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 gousses d'ail émincées
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 boîte (6 oz) de concentré de tomates
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Sel et poivre à volonté

How to Make Zippy’s Chili?
Étape 1 :
Start by heating a large pot over medium heat. I added the ground beef since I love this recipe with it, But it’s up to you, you can add any meat you like or omit it, and cook the ground beef until browned.
Étape 2 :
Ajouter ensuite les oignons coupés en dés et l'ail émincé dans la marmite et les faire revenir jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent translucides.
Étape 3 :
Incorporer ensuite les tomates en dés, les haricots rouges, les haricots noirs, le concentré de tomates et le bouillon de bœuf, en veillant à ce que chaque ingrédient soit intégré à la base du chili.
Étape 4 :
Ajouter la poudre de chili, le cumin, le sel et le poivre, et ajuster l'assaisonnement à votre convenance.
