One of the best Butter Cakes I ever tasted is the one served at Maggiano’s, A so soft and fluffy butter cake with some delious cream and some strawberries, A perfect dessert should anyone try it.
I did my best to make this Copycat version of Maggiano’s Butter Cake, The taste was so amazing, and my husband and my little kid loved it which makes me happy and satisfied.
In my recipe, I made 6 circle cakes, but you can make more and fewer depending on your needs.
And for the topping, it’s up to you, you can use Whipped cream as I and my husband did, or add vanilla ice cream as I use for my kid, both options are so good to have. You can even add more toppings you like, this is a homemade Maggiano’s Butter Cake, so you can be creative and customize it as you want. just don’t forget the strawberries, they add a fruity and sweet taste to the dessert.
