However, I was disappointed because it didn’t taste the same as my first experience. not as delicious as I was expected. So, I decided to make my own copycat version of Demos Chicken and Rice Soup using the same ingredients they use. I even added some more ingredients to make it more flavorful for me.

While my copycat recipe might not be exactly like the one served at the restaurant, it’s definitely better than the one they sell online.

It’s made with chunks of chicken breast, rice, and some of fresh vegetables all simmered in a light, flavorful broth. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the careful balance of spices and the cozy texture that makes each spoonful satisfying and full of flavors which offers a good experience that you will not forget easily.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup rice (white or jasmine)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water

Add the small chicken pieces to the pot. Stir and cook until the chicken for around 5-10 minutes.

Step 7:

Now you need to Taste the soup and add a bit more salt and pepper if you like. Make sure to take out the bay leaf before you serve the soup.

Step 8:
