Cheesecake Martini Recipe (Strawberry flavor)
This is a sweet, delicious dessert that can be a favorite for both martini and cheesecake lovers, I never thought there would be a recipe for a Cheesecake Martini, but just from the ingredients, I knew the final result would be amazing.
I made this Cheesecake Martini recipe with strawberry flavor since it was my first time making a Cheesecake Martini. I thought using strawberries would be a nice and delicious choice, and I was right, The taste turned out sweet with a great fruity touch. I used strawberry liqueur and strawberry syrup for the flavor, along with vanilla vodka and a few other simple ingredients.
The Cheesecake Martini recipe can also be made with any flavor you like the most, such as kiwi, other berries like blueberries, or even caramel. Just swap out the liqueur and syrup for your chosen flavor, and you’re good to go.
The taste was creamy and delicious, My husband and I both enjoyed it a lot. We especially loved pairing it with a Pistachio Trifle that I made later that day. The combination of strawberries and pistachios melted in our mouths was simply awesome. The experience was fun, and I definitely plan to make it again on a weekend.
What is Cheesecake Martini?
A Cheesecake Martini is a dessert cocktail that blends the creamy taste of cheesecake with martini. Made with vanilla vodka, fruit liqueur, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and flavored syrup, The dessert has the smooth texture and sweet taste of cheesecake. I chose strawberry flavor for its fresh, fruity touch that mixed so well with the creamy base, adding a nice sweet, tangy taste and a lovely pink color too. This drink is a great dessert choice making it feel like a mini cheesecake in liquid form.

You can start by dipping the top of your glass in strawberry syrup, then pressing it into crushed crackers to make it look like a cheesecake crust. Set the glass aside, (Just to know I didn’t do that).
Step 2:
In a shaker, put the vodka, strawberry syrup, cream, soft cream cheese, and a bit of ice.
Step 3:
Shake everything really well so it mixes and gets cold.

Pour the drink into the glass. It should look light pink, like strawberry cheesecake. Put a strawberry on the side of the glass if you want and Enjoy.
Some Tips!
- Remember to Use vanilla vodka to add a touch of cheesecake flavor.
- Try using strawberry syrup instead of fresh strawberries for a sweeter flavor.
- You can Blend fresh strawberries with a little sugar if you don’t have strawberry syrup.
- If you want you can Try different berries like raspberries or blueberries instead of strawberries for a different taste.
How to Store Leftovers?
If you don’t drink all of your Cheesecake Martini, you can save it. Just pour what’s left into a container with a lid and put it in the fridge. You can keep it there for one day. Before drinking it again, shake it up because the stuff inside might split a little.
What to Eat with Cheesecake Martini?
You can enjoy your Cheesecake Martini with a trifle like I did, (any flavor of trifle), whether fruit, chocolate, or vanilla, I’m sure it will complement the martini beautifully. Other great options include chocolate mousse, or Red Velvet Cool Whip Cookies for a simple combination. And don’t forget to enjoy it with fruit tarts or some Pumpkin Bars, which offer a fresh complement.
