This is easy-to-make green Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie, delicious, simple, and pairs perfectly with many desserts.

I love making green smoothies because I enjoy mixing green ingredients with sweet fruits, just like I did with this Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie recipe. Even though I haven’t shared many green smoothies lately, my last one was a copycat Panera Green Passion Smoothie recipe.

I didn’t use only cucumber and pineapple for this smoothie, but also added banana for extra creaminess and baby spinach for a fresh taste, along with that beautiful green color at the end.

The taste of this Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie turns so delicious, creamy, and refreshing of course, and it should definitely be added to your green smoothie list.

You can also add ingredients like honey for extra sweetness or even other fruits to make it perfect for your taste.

Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie is a refreshing simple green drink that mixes the hydrating taste of cucumber with the tropical sweetness of pineapple. How to Make Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie?

Step 1:

Start by peeling the cucumber and cutting it into small pieces. Put the cucumber in the blender.

Step 2:

Next, add the pineapple chunks. If you want it creamy, add half a banana like I did, making it even tastier, smoother, and softer.

Step 3:

Add the spinach to give the smoothie a nice green color.

Step 4:

Pour in the coconut water or regular water to help it blend, I used Coconut water. If you want it sweeter, add honey, and finally ice to make the smoothie cold.

Step 5:

Blend everything until it’s smooth and thick. The smoothie should look green and creamy. Enjoy.

Some Tips!

  • Peeling the cucumber helps make the smoothie smoother. If you leave the skin on, it might be a bit chunky, so it’s easier to blend without it.
  • Fresh pineapple gives a sweeter and fresher flavor, but you can use canned pineapple if that’s what you have.
  • I love to add Spinach as it makes the smoothie greener but doesn’t change the taste much and also I add banana for a creamier texture.
  • If you freeze the pineapple or banana ahead of time, you don’t need to add as much ice.
  • Don’t forget to taste the smoothie. If it’s not sweet enough, add more honey or banana. If it’s too thick, add more coconut water.

How to Store Leftovers,

If you happen to have any leftovers, pour the smoothie into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to 24 hours. Be sure to give it a good shake before drinking, as it may separate a bit while sitting. For a quick refresh, you can blend it again with a little ice.

What to Eat with Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie?

I love this Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie with muffins, especially when I pair it with Gingerbread Muffins or Cranberry Pecan Muffins. The sweetness of the muffins balances the refreshing flavors of the Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie perfectly. It also pairs well with a light breakfast like avocado toast, or a spinach and feta omelet, Also a cheese sandwich or a quinoa salad is great to have with it too. Also, you can pair it with oatmeal cookies, or a slice of Persimmon Banana Bread for more tropical flavors.
