If you’ve been to Popeyes, you’ve probably tried their Oreo Cheesecake, an icy cheesecake packed with Oreo flavors that everyone loves.

I made this copycat Popeyes Oreo Cheesecake recipe after I planned to make a chocolate cheesecake. I remembered the creamy and icy delicious Oreo Cheesecake served at Popeyes, so I decided to give it a try.

The style I used for this Popeyes Oreo Cheesecake Recipe is a bit different from the classic one. I turned it into an ice cream cheesecake by using crushed Oreo cookies for flavor, melted butter for the crust, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream. I mixed more Oreo cookies into the cheesecake and added some on top for decoration. The taste was delicious, almost like the original but with a cooler, ice cream-like texture. Don’t worry, the recipe is fun and easy, so I think everyone can make it at home.

I really enjoy making copycat recipes inspired by Popeyes. This is my second recipe after the Popeyes Cajun Gravy. Their meals are easy to make at home, and the process is always enjoyable.
