This is a special cookie based on Fireball Whiskey, Yes you read it right, A crunchy cookie with cinnamon chips made with a base of Fireball Whiskey and other ingredients, This Fireball Whiskey Cookies has a strong crunchy and sweet taste.

This is my first time making a dessert, especially a cookie recipe, and using whiskey as one of the ingredients. But the experience was fun! You can call these Fireball Whiskey Cookies “adult cookies” because they are not suitable for kids. Of course, I made a light and clean version for my kid.
