Now that Halloween is close, I think it’s the perfect time to make some fun, seasonal recipes. This Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream is the first one I’m sharing for the season.

Not only did I make this Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream for Halloween, but I was also inspired to create it after making my last Peanut Butter Whipped Cream. I loved the taste of the peanut butter version, and it motivated me to explore other variations and flavors.

Don’t worry if you’ve never made a pumpkin spice recipe before, The process is super easy and only needs 4 ingredients, with pumpkin spice mix being the main one.

I didn’t use too much pumpkin spice mix because I wanted the flavor to be light, but you can use as much as you like to fit your taste.

Just so you know, this isn’t the first recipe I’ve made using pumpkin spice mix. I’ve already used it to make Pumpkin Spice Popcorn before.

What is Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream?

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream is a delicious cozy version of the classic whipped cream based on pumpkin spice mix, also heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla are used to make it, This Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream is so perfect for the Halloween season and it’s desserts, like pies, lattes, or even pancakes. as it will add a great touch and warm flavor to your meals. Also, Making this whipped cream is easy and can be made in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream?

Step 1:

Like my last Whipping Cream recipe, I start by freezing the bowl and beaters for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2:

Pour the cold cream into the chilled bowl. Use a mixer on medium speed to whip the cream. It will start to get thicker.

Step 3:

Now, When the cream starts to thicken, slowly add the sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Keep mixing until the cream turns so soft.

Step 4:

Keep whipping until the cream holds its shape well. Don’t mix too long, or it might turn into butter.

Step 5:

Now you need to Taste the whipped cream and add more sugar or spice if you want. If not enjoy.

  • Remember to Stop whipping once the cream forms stiff peaks.
  • If you want your Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream to be more sweet, add an extra tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  • For more pumpkin spice flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon.

How to Store Leftovers?

If you have extra Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream, put it in a container with a lid and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. But Don’t freeze it, because it can get runny.

The first time I made Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream, I paired it with an apple pie I baked at the same time, and the combination was amazing, The warm flavors of pumpkin spice and apple created a perfect duo. This whipped cream is also fantastic with a slice of banana bread, like Maui banana bread, persimmon banana bread, or any fruit bread you want, I’m sure this whipped cream will add a nice flavor to it. You can also try it on top of pancakes, waffles, pumpkin pie for a classic dessert meal, hot cocoa, or even stirred into your morning coffee.
