6 ripe tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the tomatoes well. Cut them into big pieces and take out the seeds. Use a food processor to chop the tomatoes until they're smooth.

Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper.

In a large bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeño. Add chopped cilantro and lime juice. Stir everything together.
