Fresh salmon fillets Ripe avocados Red onion Fresh cilantro Lime juice Jalapeño (optional if you want some spiciness) Salt and pepper to taste Cherry tomatoes

First, Sprinkle both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Place a non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat. Allow it to heat up for a couple of minutes.

Add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. The salmon should be fully cooked. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet.
