Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen if out of season) 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Rinse the raspberries with cold water and let them dry Chop the Veggies, chop the onion into tiny pieces, and mince the garlic.

Put a little bit of oil in a medium pan and heat it up on the stove.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Stir and cook until they look clear and smell yummy (this takes about 3-5 minutes).
