1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

First, Combine the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a pot. Mix them well.

Heat the sauce on the stove over medium heat. And keep Stirring it until it starts to bubble.

Thick the sauce by stirring in a mix of cornstarch and water slowly. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes until it gets thicker.
