1 package of spring roll wrappers
2 cups cooked noodles (any type you prefer)
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix the noodles, carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and green onions in a big bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir everything together.

Put a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a little bit of the noodle mixture in the center of the wrapper, leaving space around the edges.

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling. Roll it up from the bottom to the top. Use a bit of beaten egg to seal the edges so they stay closed while cooking.
