4 large yellow sweet peppers 4 large red sweet peppers 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper

First, Wash the peppers. Cut off the tops and take out the seeds. Slice them into long, thin strips.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and dried oregano. Stir until the sugar is gone.

Heat a big pan. Add the pepper strips and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring until they are soft, sometimes I cook the peppers with a little of olive oil (just Little).
