1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed 1/4 cup tahini 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin Salt and pepper, to taste 2-3 tablespoons water (to thin, if needed)

First, Throw the frozen peas by leaving them in the fridge and Drain the water so they aren't too wet.

Put the peas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in your food processor. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides to mix everything well.

Step 3

If it’s too thick for you, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Blend again until it’s soft and creamy.
