1 lb elbow macaroni 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded gruyere cheese 2 cups whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped into chunks Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a big baking dish.

Cook the elbow macaroni as it says on the box. Drain it and put it aside.
