Hot Honey Margarita

2 oz tequila 1 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz hot honey syrup 0.5 oz triple sec or Cointreau Ice
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
2 tsp hot sauce

In a small saucepan, pour the honey and water together and Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently until the honey dissolves completely.

Take the saucepan off the heat and carefully stir in the hot sauce. Be sure to mix it well.
Step 3

Allow the syrup to cool down all the way before using it. You can put it in the fridge if you need it to cool faster.
