Looking to get rid of your leftover Halloween candy? Check out this recipe for Oh Henry Popsicles or make them with any type of candy.
Every Halloween, we end up with mountains of Halloween candy left in our house. After Halloween parties and trick-or-treating, it feels like there are bowls of candy and chocolate in every corner of the house. I hate letting good food go to waste, but thereβs a limit to how much candy I can eat before it goes bad! So today Iβm going to share with you a unique way to use up your Oh Henry candy by creating these Oh Henry Popsicles.
Trick-or-treating is one of my favorite activities in our neighborhood, and I love seeing everyone get dressed up and involved in the fun. Did you know that trick-or-treating actually dates all the way back to the 17th Century in Britain? Since the 1920s, itβs been really popular in the US, and I know the kids in our neighborhood always look forward to this night. Instead of candy, in the past kids used to receive nuts, coins, or toys. It was also common to receive home-baked goods β thatβs a tradition Iβd love to reintroduce!
Iβm really excited this year to decorate the entryway to our home ready for visitors. Iβm thinking about creating a Halloween wreath and carving some spooky pumpkins in preparation for the big night. I love looking up amazing pumpkin carving designs online for inspiration, and Iβm always so impressed by peopleβs creativity and skills!

I always have bowls of candy ready to share, and I love seeing the younger kidsβ adorable costumes. However, I always seem to overstock with treats and end up with so much leftover! I love to come up with creative ways to use leftover food, as I hate putting anything edible in the trash. Candy and chocolate can be used in so many different ways, such as melting the chocolate down into recipes or for decorating bakes. I love creating cupcakes and brownies using candy, and these are an easy way to get rid of any bulk bags you have leftover.
Although weβve entered into the fall now, I love having popsicles as a quick afternoon treat or light dessert. These Oh Henry popsicles have only three ingredients and are so simple to make. If you donβt have this type of candy to hand, it can easily be substituted with M&Ms, Reeseβs Pieces, or any of your favorite treats.

I also love that this recipe involves no cooking or heating. Just blend the ingredients together, pour them into the molds, and pop them in the freezer! It really does take just ten minutes to create these delicious popsicles. By the next morning, your popsicles will be frozen and ready to enjoy. This recipe can be substituted with literally any ingredients, so get creative and youβll have a sweet treat on hand for when you next need an afternoon sugar rush. Youβll have to let me know what candy you choose to make these popsicles with. Iβm already excited to get my Halloween candy stockpiled so that I can enjoy making these Oh Henry Popsicles after Halloween!
