This is another creamy mac and cheese I made last week, and I intend to share it on my blog. The only difference is that I used Mueller’s pasta brand. It is a good brand recommended to me by a friend, and it was a good experience using it to make this Mueller Macaroni and Cheese.

I hadn’t heard about Mueller’s pasta before. When I wanted to make classic mac and cheese, I always looked for the San Giorgio brand. I made two dishes based on it: the San Giorgio Lasagna Recipe and the San Giorgio Macaroni and Cheese Recipe. But I guess now I have another favorite brand to consider when I want to make these kinds of dishes.

The Mueller’s pasta brand also provides many types of pasta. Of course, I used the elbow macaroni to make this Mueller Macaroni and Cheese. The dish turned out so delicious, with a creamy texture of cheese, and you will notice the taste of Mueller’s macaroni in each bite for sure.

This regular mac and cheese dish is made with Mueller’s elbow macaroni and lots of creamy cheese. I chose Mueller’s Pasta brand because of its good reputation and the delicious shapes and tastes it provides in its pasta. This Mueller Macaroni and Cheese is also made with classic ingredients such as butter, milk, flour, and lots of cheddar cheese. It turns out so tasty, and creamy and the pasta has a special flavor you’ll love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mueller’s elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mueller Macaroni and Cheese?

Step 1:

Cook the Mueller’s elbow macaroni like the package says until it’s just right. Then, drain it and put it aside.

Melt the butter in a big pot on medium heat. Stir in the flour until it’s smooth and cook for about 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Slowly pour in the milk while stirring a lot until the sauce gets smooth.

Step 4:

Turn down the heat. Add the cheese slowly, stirring until the sauce is creamy.

Step 5:

Put the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce. Mix it all up until the pasta is covered with sauce. Add salt and pepper if you want. and Enjoy.

  • Sometimes I add some vegetables like broccoli. They taste good with cheese, also you can add some meats as well if you want to.
  • If you want to make the dish more cozy You can add some cheese on top and bake for about 10 minutes.

Put any leftover Mueller macaroni and cheese in a container with a lid and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you want to eat it again, heat it up slowly in the microwave for about 10 minutes.

You can also try it with garlic bread, or with some grilled vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers, steamed broccoli will also be a great meal to have with it. For drinks, usually I pair it with a glass of martini, but since I have some of the Tropical Fruit Punch ready, I tried and the Combination was good.
