Mixing peas with hummus and a few simple ingredients creates a beautiful green, creamy texture that tastes great with many meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe for this pea hummus is really simple and quick, I always make it in just 10 minutes, Plus, it&#8217;s fully customizable. You can make it extra creamy or even spicy by adding chili flakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love adding olive oil to my pea hummus, it gives it a nice, flavorful touch that I always enjoy with my hummus dishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of my favorite meals to have with this pea hummus is <a href=\"https:\/\/manthatlooksgood.com\/rustic-potatoes-with-herbs\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4706\">rustic potatoes<\/a>, especially when I cook them with herbs, along with some <a href=\"https:\/\/manthatlooksgood.com\/burger-king-chicken-fries-recipe\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4667\">chicken fries<\/a>. Blend until it\u2019s smooth and creamy. Boil them for 2-3 minutes, then cool before using.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remember to only add a little water while blending to control how creamy the hummus becomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can add more garlic or lemon juice to make the hummus taste just how you like it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Store_Leftovers\"><\/span>How to Store Leftovers?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can keep pea hummus in a tightly closed container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Make sure the lid is on really well to keep it fresh. If you want something crunchy with your hummus crispy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themediterraneandish.com\/homemade-pita-chips\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.themediterraneandish.com\/homemade-pita-chips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pita chips<\/a> or veggie sticks like carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers will be great sides to have with it. It also makes a great spread on warm pita bread or <a href=\"https:\/\/manthatlooksgood.com\/publix-breakfast-bread-recipe\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4850\">Publix Breakfast Bread<\/a>. My favorite side with this hummus is always potatoes seasoned with herbs or chicken fries for a delicious, filling meal.
