This time, I prepared the Chicken Milanese Brio Style Recipe, a juicy dish with tender chicken and spaghetti in a delicious sauce.

I was inspired by the Chicken Milanese served at Brio restaurant, They served a plate featuring Romano-crusted chicken, fresh mozzarella, herb pasta, and marinara sauce.

My copycat recipe is similar but with a few changes. I used tomato sauce but didn’t add too much, as I prefer less sauce to avoid upsetting my stomach. My husband enjoyed the extra sauce on his plate, Also I made the chicken more crispy, as I like it that way.

For serving, I placed a little sauce with the chicken and spaghetti on separate sides of the plate. Unlike the classic Chicken Milanese Brio, which has a lot of sauce underneath the spaghetti with the chicken on top for a fancy presentation, my version is simpler and more practical for just enjoying at home with my family.

The taste of my copycat Chicken Milanese Brio Style Recipe was delicious. It’s a bit different from the version served at Brio, but it’s tasty and my whole family loves it.

<img This way, everything will be ready at the same time.

You can bake the breaded chicken instead of frying it.
