1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 large egg yolk 2-3 tablespoons cold water

Let's start with the dough, Mix flour, butter, and sugar in a food processor until it looks crumbly. Add egg yolk and mix. Slowly add cold water until the dough forms. Knead the dough lightly, wrap it in plastic, and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now for the creamy sauce I used, In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and dill. Add salt and pepper. Put it in the fridge until you need it.

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough and cut circles with a cookie cutter or a glass. Press the circles into a mini tart pan and poke the bottoms with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they are golden. Let them cool.
