1 package of spring roll wrappers 2 cups cooked noodles (any type you prefer) 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers 1 cup chopped cabbage 1/2 cup chopped green onions 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon sriracha 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix the noodles, carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and green onions in a big bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir everything together.

Put a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a little bit of the noodle mixture in the center of the wrapper, leaving space around the edges.
