2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour) 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt

Turn on the oven to 350°F (175°C). Put a little butter on the inside of a loaf pan.

Now, in a big bowl, put in the mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Try to stir everything together until it looks smooth.

In another bowl, put the sweet rice flour, regular flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir these dry ingredients together with a spoon very well.
