1 cup warm milk (110°F)

In a small bowl, stir warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and wait for 5-10 minutes until it looks frothy.

In a big bowl, whisk melted butter and egg and some minced garlic if you want (I Prefer to use it). Add the yeast mix, then slowly mix in flour and salt until the dough starts to come together.

Now, Put the dough on a floured surface and knead it for 5-7 minutes until it's smooth. sometimes it can be sticky, So add a little more flour.
