2 sheets of rice paper 2 eggs 1 tablespoon of milk 1/4 cup of shredded cheese 1/4 cup of diced vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes) 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs (You can use any) Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon of oil for cooking

Put a sheet of rice paper in warm water for 5-10 seconds until it's soft. Then, put it on a towel to dry. Do the same for another sheet.
