Begin by peeling and cutting the potatoes into chunks. Place the potato chunks in a large pot and cover them with water. Add some salt to the water and Bring the pot to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Once they are done, drain the water and let the potatoes cool before moving on to the next step.
