1 pound elbow macaroni 2 cups mayonnaise 1/2 cup grated onion 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar Salt and pepper to taste

Find a big pot and fill it with water. Put the pot on the stove and turn on the heat. pour in the elbow macaroni. stir the macaroni so it doesn’t stick together. Cook it for about 10 minutes.

When the macaroni is ready, drain the hot water. Put the macaroni in a colander in the sink and rinse it with cold water to cool it down.

Now, Take an onion and a grater. Gently rub the onion against the grater to make small pieces.
